Is your definition of “quality” meeting the requirements of the Owner, or is it achieving a behavior that has been adopted as a core value and mission statement of your company? Think about it. Quality is a much-talked-about concept, but one that has fallen by the wayside in our world of under-budget and on-schedule demands. Quality (and a Corporate Quality Culture) needs to be as much a part of our very core as safety. “Organizational culture” is defined as the shared beliefs, values, attitudes, and behavior patterns that characterize the members of an organization. In a healthy business culture, what's good for the company and its customers comes together and becomes the driving force for everyone. It can be achieved! In this session, all will collectively discuss and examine The Challenges, The Vision, The Benefits, and The Deliverables in creating a corporate culture that lives and breathes QUALITY!
