This interactive discussion will bring focus on women's leadership perspectives. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the women on the panel, to get insights from their host of experiences, including hands-on leadership, risk-taking and challenges, and common struggles shared by the panelists. The goal is for all attendees, both male and female, to learn that the complementarity of skillsets and roles does bring added value in team settings. Leadership path opportunities and how to execute them will be valuable takeaways for all present.
