A panel discussion between New York City Health + Hospitals, their construction manager, contractor, and FEMA representative on the many lessons learned to quickly address NYC’s immediate health concerns in the wake of COVID-19. The discussion focuses on crisis management, procurement strategies, working in and around active healthcare facilities, asset management, health and safety, and the necessary leadership and collaboration to successfully execute the projects.
