Traditional mentorship is the transferring of knowledge from senior staff to junior staff. Reverse mentoring is a symbiotic relationship that gives junior staff an opportunity to transfer knowledge to senior staff; specifically in the areas of new technology, industry trends, and cultural changes. In this session, we present ideas for implementing reverse mentoring for enhanced collaboration and partnering.
