This session’s experienced panel of women in construction discusses how they found success in the industry and shares the stories of their paths to management. In addition, the panel will explore answers to some of the challenging obstacles they’ve encountered, including the roles of women on the jobsite, how careers are managed alongside families, and the role we can play to impact the next generation.
