Andrea Pavon, former Certification Associate, is now Certification Manager. She has been instrumental in maintaining a high level of customer service with the rise in program interest and through the growth of the CCM program since 2011.
“Combining our professional development and certification departments brings together the collective wisdom of staff already in place, assures strong leadership for both initiatives, and creates greater alignment for our members, states Ƶ President/CEO, Andrea S. Rutledge, CAE. “Nick, Colin, and Andrea are consummate professionals with a focus on accredited education and professional certification and I am confident that together, we will achieve our strategic objectives.”
