ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Honors Outstanding Projects of the Year

McLean, VA â€“ The Construction Management Association of America (ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ) recognized 17 projects for outstanding achievements in construction management at its National Conference & Trade Show in Washington, DC. Chosen from among these Project Achievement Award Winners, the Project of the Year was the New United States Courthouse in Los Angeles, CA.

In addition, the awards judges singled out another project for special recognition, bestowing ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ’s first Power of Community Award on the new elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut, which replaced Sandy Hook Elementary, the scene of a terrible tragedy in 2012. The project is owned by the Town of Newtown, CT. CM was performed by STV|DPM along with Consigli Construction and Svigals + Partners Architects.
